1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom or permanent jewelry pieces may require additional processing time, which will be communicated on the product page or by email.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your order weight and location.

4. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Use this number to monitor your package’s status on the carrier’s website.
If you don’t receive tracking info within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@julesforever.com.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is shipped, delivery is managed by the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS). Unfortunately, we cannot control transit delays or lost/stolen packages.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your order, we recommend:
