Permanent Jewelry FAQ

How Do I Get a Bracelet, Anklet, or Necklace?

We offer micro-welded, clasp-free permanent bracelets, anklets, necklaces, rings, hand-chains, and more—available in 14K gold-filled and sterling silver.

How Long Does It Take?

Appointments are 15-20 minutes per person (choosing your chain/s, charms, custom sizing, and welding, to finish).

Can I Get Matching Jewelry with Friends or Family?

Absolutely! We'll schedule your appointments back-to-back so you can experience it together.

Can I Bring a Friend Who's Not Getting Jewelry?

Yes! We love when people come to support, take photos, and be part of the fun.

Do You Host Private Parties?

Yes! We offer pop-ups and private events by appointment. Contact us to plan something special. A $100 deposit is required to book and goes toward your chain cost. You can reschedule and transfer your deposit, but cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. A $50 travel fee applies for parties located more than 30 miles away. Parties of 5 or more receive 10% their entire order.

How Much Does It Cost?

Pricing depends on metal type, chain style, and piece length. (Bracelets start at $55). Necklaces include up to 16"—extra length is priced per inch. Charms, connectors, and custom pieces like belly chains are additional and quoted on-site.

Does It Hurt?

Not at all! The process involves a small burst of air and a flash—no pain, no contact with your skin.

What Chain Options Are Available?

We carry a rotating selection of popular gold-filled and sterling silver chains. Special orders for 14k yellow, white, or rose gold are available upon request.

Is It Really Permanent?

It’s as permanent as you want it to be—it stays on until you decide to take it off.

How Do I Remove It?

Use wire cutters or sharp scissors to remove your jewelry.

Can It Be Re-Welded?

Yes! As long as the chain is intact, we can re-weld it—complimentary for medical removals. $30 if the permanent jewelry came from somewhere else.

What If It Falls Off?

Though rare, if your piece falls off, we’ll re-weld it at no cost. Please note: jewelry can break under stress, and we can’t be responsible for lost items.

Can You Weld Necklaces Too?

Yes, as long as the chain style allows it.

How Do I Care for My Permanent Jewelry?

Clean with warm water, dish soap, and a soft toothbrush (we recommend Dawn). Use a jewelry polishing cloth for added shine. Avoid harsh chemicals, perfume, lotions, and sprays to prevent tarnishing.

Silver care tip: Exposure to humidity, sweat, or certain pH levels can cause oxidation. Use silver cleaner or wipes to restore shine. Discoloration or dark marks can also be caused by lotions, medications, or lack of cleaning—it’s not about quality; it's chemistry.

Do I Need to Tip?

Not expected—but if you love your experience, tell your friends! That's the best tip you can give.
