Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@julesforever.com with clear photos of the issue.

Permanent Jewelry

All permanent jewelry sales are final once applied.

We offer complimentary repairs on faulty welds or manufacturer defects on permanent jewelry custom made by JulesForever Permanent Jewelry.
